I started making photographs in 2019 — self-taught, beginning with portraits, learning to see light before I learned the rules.

Somewhere along the way, I fell into spaces. I am drawn to design the way some people are drawn to history — because every object, every material, every room carries a story of how it came to be. I experience the world through touch and image: the weight of a fabric, the grain of a surface, the way light changes what a space means at different hours.

I shoot on medium format, and I work slowly — because the images that last are never rushed.
